Maria, the Assistant Hotel Manager, personally intervened. She listened to our concerns and promptly upgraded us to a stunning suite. Her commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction was remarkable. We were moved to a spacious room before check-in time, completely changing our experience. The Geco Restaurant deserves special mention. Excellent cocktails, delightful cuisine, and a very lively atmosphere made our dining experiences memorable. The hotel's location in Athens is also perfect, adding to the overall appeal. What truly impressed us was the staff's proactive approach. Instead of being defensive, they were genuinely committed to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. This level of service transforms a good hotel stay into an extraordinary one. The character and quality of the room were exquisite, and there was nothing to be jealous of a chic upscale New York or London hotel in its category .But what stands out vividly is the personnel. From the front desk(always polite and accommodating to whatever whim you may have ) to the bar with unexpected quality signature choices and advice and a service with a hearty, intimate but professional way. And last but not least, the Maestro lady, who is the manager behind everything, makes sure the orchestra is in tune and when something goes wrong (if it does). She is personally there to iron it out. Thank you, guys, for a wonderful experience.

Restaurant: is vibrant, facing the street, delicious food, and live music every day—creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy your meal. The breakfast is exceptional—the best I’ve ever had! It’s a served menu (not a buffet), offering a wide variety of delicious options, and you can choose whatever you’d like. Location: is ideal—centrally located yet on a charming small street with cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were beautifully designed and very cosy. The bed was comfortable and huge, nice pillows as well. We felt at home and very welcome, also because of the amazing staff. The breakfast was the best ever, and the cocktails very tasty. For Easter they gave us a surprise package, explaining the traditions. For my birthday they surprised me with a cake that was brought to our room. Beyond happy with our stay! One of our best trips thanks to this amazing hotel.
